Inside the package was the price of $39.99. I'm assuming this was the US value. But with exchange, Prime shipping etc. my price was over $100.00 so I do question the value for money. The cost is definitely more than the value of 4 wire shelves and legs to put them on. The wheels are pretty fragile so there's no additional value for it to be on wheels. It fits where I needed it to fit so I'm grateful for that.

Pictured from L to R : Amazon Basics 4-Shelf Shelving Storage Unit on 3'' Wheel Casters (36L x 14W x 57.75H) SINGAYE 5 Tier Storage Rack 660Lbs Capacity (23.6" L x 14" W x 59.1" H) OVICAR 4-Tier Wire Storage Shelves (12.2 x 17.7 x 40") w/ mini casters. Amazon was definitely the best bang for the buck. I got the Singaye middle grey one for $11 less than list price with coupon (both currently listed $58) but it is lighter duty and has no wheels. The Amazon one comes with nice casters and feels very sturdy. I had to move the Singaye recently and it wobbles a bit when loaded with shoes. I would definitely NOT put over 50lbs on each shelf. Even the Amazon one, I may do 75lbs but not as much as advertised for sure. The Ovicar, the final smaller one, I got for $25 on sale, listed at $40. It's definitely prettier and better suited for shoes, but light duty. 25lbs max a shelf I'd say. Cheap casters but functional. Kind of pricey for how light duty it is, but no major complaints. 4.5 stars. Wish it'd come larger! They all assemble the same. Easy for 1 person to do. One lame thing about Amazon brand is they MUST be assembled with edge down. The metal shelf holes for the poles are angled to fit that direction only. If you had loose items like cans, they could slide off easily if bumped. In my case that's not an issue. Opposite for Singaye, edge up only, so if you wanted a smooth shelf with no lip, that's not going to happen.

I like the height and the shelf spacing. What I don't like is how flimsy it is. It will wobble if your floor isn't perfectly even (I have tile flooring that was installed badly) and maybe if you have totally level floors, IDK. I have a small convection on the top shelf that barely fits. Other shelves are for lightweight pantry items. I'm going to screw two eyelet things on wall for zip ties on back poles to sturdy this up. The instructions for how to put it together left a lot to b desired as well but I figured it out. I don't quite understand the1 inch wide by 1/4 inch deep indents on the mesh shelves which run from front to back. 2 indents on each of them which was not in photos. WTF is that about? These are not in listing photos. The metal mesh on shelfs are not completely flat. Seriously, W.T.H.? IMO it's not worth 40 bucks but I guess I'll keep it : ( I did not put the wheels on as it's staying where I placed it. Somewhat of a joke item. Would not buy again or recommend actually. For 20 bucks? Possibly. Garbage makes me sort of upset but I'm not putting more stuff in the landfill if I can make it work somehow.
