I use them outside as a storage unit for my boyfriend's tools. Had this one for months, no rust, holds itself, doesn't bend anywhere and is very stable, can hold a LOT of weight. Got a smaller one for myself too! I recommend.

I have these shelves in my garage as wood storage, which, due to their wire frame shelves allows for good air flow. The only reason that 4* and not 5* is that the plastic pieces that hold the shelves are a bit too plasticy….don’t get me wrong, they serve their job and appear to hold the shelves well and under weight but i would have liked to be able to turn the shelf over which then doesn’t sit right and the shelf holder kept falling off as i was putting the shelves on to start with…which naffed me off enough to take a star off…. I will buy more of these over time though so they are definitely worth it

Top tip - the 2-piece supports (little plastic things with ‘Top’ printed on to show which way up to use them) are NOT designed to snap together when positioning them on the 4 legs. Instead, position a pair on each leg at the same height where you want the shelf to sit, then feed the shelf downwards onto the legs and carefully push it down onto the plastic supports. They squeeze together and the shelf sits neatly onto them. I’ve used one in a landing cupboard to create a linen store - ideal.

The plastic parts that are fitted to the corner pillars, are a bit flimsy, but once in they're sound! Sturdy and reliable.... but I just can't get my head around the fact each shelf has this great little shelf fence that would be perfect to stop things falling/being pushed off, but has been fabricated with this underneath the shelf. Maybe it's just me, but if the shelf corner holes were narrowing in the opposite direction, I'd be able to slide it on the other way up and hey presto!

I've had shelves like this before which worked great so was really looking forward to putting these shelves up. The first set bought from a different seller didn't work so ordered these ones which had the main parts missing used for securing the shelves and also no bottom feet. I'm really hoping the 3rd attempt at buying shelves (from a different vendor) is a success
