These were much better than I expected for the price. Really quite robust metal work - the fibre board for the actual shelves is a bit thin but it could be easily replaced or reinforced with a bit of timber, The shelves are to get stuff we store in the understairs cupboard off the floor and they have done the job well. The slot together easily - the instructions say use a rubber mallet but to be honest I just gave the bars a thump wiht the edge of my hand and they fitted together easily - getting them apart would probably need more force. They are going to be used inside but if I was going to use them in a damp atmosphere I would give the fibre board a coat of paint or preservative. No sharp edges and compared to some I bought for just a few pounds less they are far superior in all respects. Once they are all clipped together they are very solid - would buy again.

Very sturdy shelf once put up, perfect for my paints and crafts storage but it was a bit of a struggle to build. It’s metal and it’s made so the joints click into place but that required quite some force for the short sides, as if the joining parts were too short and wouldn’t fit into sockets properly. Oddly enough long sides clipped into the sockets with no effort. End result is very good despite of a few hours of struggles.

These shelving with 'Snap-in' fixings are the best. Try not to get the slotted versions as these come apart quite easily. I have purchased several shelving units of all sizes and never had an issue with them.

Exactly as I exspected! Quality is great for the price. The legs are very thin metal (which is fine, and more than strong enough) however the way the uprights are packed does make it tricky to separate them as the interlocking lugs lock in to it's counterpart! Take it easy separating or you will damage the leg! Paint finish was excellent and shelves where all true size. Delivery was prompt and on time.
